The first full clean once the heavy work is done. We clear offcuts, packaging and loose debris, sweep and vacuum the dust, and leave the building ready for decorators and flooring.
Phase Cleans
Scheduled cleans between trades keep the site safe and tidy, and stop dust from one stage spoiling the next. Ideal on longer builds, fit-outs and multi-plot developments.
Final Sparkle Clean
A detailed top-to-bottom clean just before the keys change hands. Windows, frames, glass, fixtures, kitchens and bathrooms are left spotless and ready for the client, buyer or tenant.
Final Waste Collections

Site cleaning FAQs
What is the difference between a builders' clean and a sparkle clean?
A builders' clean is the first heavy clean after the main construction work, removing debris and most of the dust. A sparkle clean is the final detailed clean just before handover, when everything is polished and made ready for the client.
Can you clean between different phases of the build?
Yes. Phase cleans can be booked at set points in your programme, such as after plastering, after second fix or before flooring goes down, so each trade starts on a clean site.
Can you take the waste away as well?
Yes. DJS Moves is a fully licensed waste carrier, so we can collect rubble sacks, packaging, offcuts and leftover materials during the same visit. See our waste management service for details.
Do you clean commercial buildings as well as houses?
Yes. As well as new-build homes and developments, we clean offices, shops and commercial units after construction, fit-out or refurbishment work.
