The M3 is close by, and you can reach both Camberley and Farnborough in under fifteen minutes. For commuters, the train stations at Blackwater and Sandhurst aren’t far, with links through to Reading and London Waterloo.
It’s a town that appeals to families, mainly because of the schools and the amount of green space around. Yateley Common is practically on your doorstep. Over 400 acres of heathland where you can walk the dog, go for a run, or just get some fresh air without having to drive anywhere. The kids’ play areas are well maintained, and there’s a proper sense of community here.
